Experiment #1: The first experiment I conducted was I went to metro center mall and walked into this store named K-momo. K-momo is a urban habilitate store. The majority of the employees there are either Hispanic or African American. I walked in there to accomp each upon a new pair of jeans. When I walked in there, home in greeted me. I was sounding around and searching done the tog racks for about 15 minutes, still no serving. I went up to a Hispanic fe anthropoid employee and asked where the Dereon jeans are. The fe manlike employee merely pointed and express over there. I was looking through the jeans for about 5 minutes and a phallic Hispanic employee approached me. He asked me if I indispensable any help. I told him no thank you. so he asked what size I am. I told him Im just browsing for right now. He give tongue to ok just find me if you engage any help. I retiring(a) was ready to leave. Before I left the male employee said goodbye and have a wonderful day. Then My Hispanic friend walked in there. adept when she walked in there she was greeted and was asked if she needed any help by the Hispanic distaff employee. The female employee told her yes no problem. The employee guided her to the jeans and asked her what size she was. She go along looking at the jeans for about 5 minutes. The Hispanic male employee walked right past her. He did not stop to advert if she needed any help. She went up to the male employee and asked him if he could attend her in conclusion her size. The male employee said yes. He went over to help her. He found her size in jeans and transfer them to her. Then he walked off. My friend was leaving the store and the male employee was standing by the entrance. When she was walking out the door the male employee did not notice her.
